You’ll meet the people who’ll support you — including your Service Coordinator — and you’ll have the opportunity to get a feel for the household and potential housemates.
Once you’re ready, we’ll lock in a start date and coordinate a smooth transition. Your Service Coordinator stays alongside you through the whole process, making sure your supports reflect your goals and everyday needs.
Ongoing support and regular check-ins
Move-in day is just the beginning. Your coordinator and support team stay closely involved to make sure everything settles in smoothly — so you can focus on living your life, not managing the logistics.
