We’ve all been there! Thankfully, it’s an easy fix! Simply go to https://forcare.net.au/Account/ForgotPassword and fill in your email address and click submit.
You should then receive an email from us which you’ll need to click on so it can ask you for your new password.
Once you’ve created your new password, simply use that one to login and then you’re good to go!

If you are seeking supports, then you can search for the specific service you require, or even search for providers local to your area and find the person that's right for you. You then have the choice of contacting them to discuss your requirements, before negotiating times and hourly rates. You have the freedom to search through the network of high-quality providers and choose who, when, where and how you'd like to engage them.
If you are providing supports, then you can be contacted by people from within your community who would like to engage your services. You can then negotiate a mutually agreed hourly rate and can confirm your availability. As a provider, you know the importance of supporting the independence, choice, and control of those you work with - but the For Care platform aims to provide similar opportunities to you as well.

As a Customer, you can include details of any funding packages you have or you can opt to pay for support services out of your own funds. You can also opt to do a mixture of payment methods.
As a Provider, we've tried to make it as hassle-free as possible, so you can focus on delivering the best quality of work you can. Which is why For Care efficiently manages the payments online and deducts our fee before depositing your earnings into your nominated account.

After you contact a Provider with your request, they will send you their hourly rates, which you are both able to negotiate. Once you agree to an hourly rate (or rates for varying shift types) for your request then this will form the agreement between you and the Provider and the Provider will be paid for the hours of work which are completed.
Your profile should include details about you such as your interests, hobbies, where you're located, and other things like that.
But it should also include information that your team of Providers will need to be able to assist you, such as any medical history or Care Plans you might have. Don't worry - this information is only available to Providers once you have engaged them and have an active Agreement in place.
To cancel a shift, you need to give at least 24 hours notice and can do so by sending a message to your Provider through For Care.

Simply login and go to Account Settings > My Profile, then click Edit Profile. Any changes made will then be resubmitted to the Quality Team for approval.
To organise your support team, decide what types of care or support you need and the days and times you want them.
Then use the Find Providers function to look for people local to you. Once you find someone, send them a message and let them know what you're looking for and that you'd like to get to know them.
After you register you'll need to complete your profile and submit it for approval to our Quality Team. Once approved, you're ready to start searching for Providers and building and hiring your team.
Just go to www.forcare.net.au/Account/register and select which account type applies to you, fill in your contact information and click Register.
Then check your personal email account for the verification email and follow the steps from there. Remember to check your spam/junk folders, just in case!

The protection and support of the For Care community is always important, so we've organised a number of appropriate insurances, such as liability and professional indemnity insurances. These insurances are available to Providers for services that are arranged and invoiced through For Care. Check our User Agreement if you need any more information.
Yourself and your Customer discuss and agree to your shifts, depending on what they need and when you are available.
Your profile should include details about you, like your interests, hobbies, where you're located, and other things like that. Such as your work history, qualifications, police checks and other requirements as may be specific to your role.
After you register you'll need to complete your profile and submit it for approval to our Quality Team. Once approved, your profile will be searchable by Customers which means they can find you, contact you and hire you.
