About Property
A brand new, light-filled, welcoming home, built to SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) design standards to be fully wheelchair accessible. There are three large bedrooms, each with its own private, fully accessible ensuite, plus a separate small bathroom for guests. The large living areas flow to a covered alfresco and secure fenced back yard. Window blinds are automated with touchscreen controls. The home is air conditioned and features a double lock-up garage.
You’ll be empowered to live your life your way, learn new skills, explore your local community and the activities you love, all with professional and compassionate disability support from the For Care team, available around the clock. You can also receive help with domestic tasks, medication, budgeting and support to develop social skills and relationships. Ideal for NDIS participants with SIL or Home and Living funding in their NDIS plan, as well as SDA funding.
Two women currently live here, and we are looking for one more female to join them in making Fairway home.
Common areas of this home are tastefully furnished. Your bedroom is your own space and you are welcome to bring your own furniture and decorate it as you please. If you need bedroom furnishings, we can provide these for you.
