When you’ve narrowed in on the right fit, we’ll organise a viewing so you can explore the home properly and picture how it supports the lifestyle you want.

You’ll meet the people who’ll support you or your loved one, including your Service Coordinator, and you’ll have the opportunity to get a feel for the household and potential new housemates.

Once you’re ready, we’ll lock in a start date and coordinate a smooth transition. Your Service Coordinator stays alongside you through the whole process, making sure your supports reflect your goals and everyday needs.
