About the Home
Plum House is a warm, characterful home full of colour and personality — the kind of place that feels welcoming the moment you arrive. The vibrant interior décor creates an uplifting atmosphere that is a little different from the typical neutral SIL home, and for participants who respond well to a cheerful, homely environment, that distinction matters.
The 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom main house is cosy and comfortable, with a large leafy backyard that offers a lovely private outdoor space to enjoy. The entire property is securely fenced, with a tall front fence and gate providing an added sense of privacy and peace — reassuring for participants and their families alike.
The home is ideally located just moments from the stunning Waterloo Bay waterfront and esplanade, with easy access to a popular local café, hair salon and NDIS cooking school, while major shops and everyday conveniences are only a short drive away.
Common areas are fully furnished and thoughtfully decorated in a colourful and welcoming style. Your bedroom is your personal space — you are free to bring your own furniture and decorate as you choose.
You’ll be empowered to live your life your way, learn new skills, explore your local community and the activities you love, all with professional and compassionate disability support from the For Care team, available around the clock. You can also receive help with domestic tasks, medication, budgeting and support to develop social skills and relationships.
Plum House is ideal for NDIS participants with SIL or Home and Living funding in their plan.
